PATH's Technologies for Health (HealthTech) Project has the goal to improve child survival and maternal health through practical, affordable, appropriate technologies. PATH collaborates with organisations to develop, advance or adapt technologies that address PHC needs in resource-poor countries.

PATH has some documents available on laboratory technology, like the "Anemia Detection in Health Services Guidelines for Program Managers" or health technology directions Volume 11, No.1 and Volume 12, No.1.  Visit their website or contact PATH directly via mail or e-mail for more information.

The Rapid Diagnostic Tests web site www.rapid-diagnostics.org is managed by PATH. The site is useful for public health program managers and decision makers who seek information on rapid diagnostic tests. The web site provides in-depth information on rapid diagnostic tests and tests for specific diseases, i.e. Hepatitis B, HIV, Malaria and Syphilis.
